These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SunKazi platform, website, and services operated by Khakali Technologies SMC Ltd ("SunKazi", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

When you register with SunKazi, you must provide complete and accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
SunKazi provides solar equipment on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGo) basis. The specific terms of your equipment financing — including the equipment type, daily/weekly/monthly payment amount, total financing cost, and ownership transfer conditions — are set out in a separate PAYGo Agreement provided to you at the time of onboarding.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
All content on the SunKazi website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — is the property of Khakali Technologies SMC Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments as agreed, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us, provided all outstanding payments under your PAYGo Agreement have been settled. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Uganda, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For customers in Rwanda, disputes may also be referred to the competent courts of Rwanda in accordance with applicable Rwandan law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
