Contact us or request an invite link using the button on our homepage. A SunKazi agent will visit you, verify your details, and register you on the platform. You can also find an agent in your area through our agent network.
No. SunKazi uses mobile money exclusively β MTN Mobile Money in Uganda and Rwanda, M-Pesa in Kenya, and Airtel Money in Tanzania. As long as you have a registered mobile money account, you are eligible.
Payments depend on the equipment type and repayment period you choose. A solar sewing machine typically costs between USD 2β5 per day over a 12β24 month period. Our agents will calculate the exact amount based on your income and needs.
If you miss a payment, your equipment will enter a temporary restricted mode after a short grace period. You will receive an SMS reminder. Once you clear the missed payment, your equipment is reactivated. We work with customers experiencing hardship β contact your agent or our support team.
Payments are made via mobile money β MTN Mobile Money in Uganda and Rwanda, M-Pesa in Kenya (coming soon), and Airtel Money in Tanzania (coming soon). You can pay daily, weekly, or monthly. As long as your account is active and payments are up to date, your equipment remains fully operational.
The equipment is fully yours β no further payments required. Your account is upgraded and you are eligible to apply for additional equipment or a larger model.
SunKazi is currently live in Uganda and Rwanda. We are expanding to Kenya and Tanzania soon. Select your country on our homepage to join the waiting list for your market.
Visit our Partners page and fill in the agent application form. Agents earn a commission per deployment and ongoing collections fees. No investment required to become an agent.
SunKazi provides after-sales service through our field agent network. If your equipment has a technical issue, contact your agent or our support line and we will arrange a service visit.
Yes. All customer data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal data with third parties without your consent. Our platform is built in compliance with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act.
